• Existing patio kitchens have rebar epoxied into existing patio
• Our kitchens can go on top of existing patios or we can come in and pour footings and floors whatever is best for your project
• Seat walls also epoxied to ensure their longevity.

  - Electrical install
  - Gas line install w/in kitchen and fireplace
  - Equipment purchase and install

The Fireplace area features:

• Engineered footings
• Water Drainage
• Real fire brick fire box with damper
• Gas valve and log lighter to light wood OR
• Custom ceramic gas logs
• Remove ceramic logs and burn real wood
• Several exterior choices including stucco, stone veneer and brick
